PlusNet Small Business Description

The PlusNet Small Business package is well suited for businesses with a workforce of around 10 people or less. The plan is affordable at only £19.99 a month, though there are some optional extras that also come at an extra cost.

At decent connection speeds of up to 8Mb, you’ll receive 2GB of data allowance as standard on the fixed £19.99 plan, or you can opt to Pay As You Go. This allows you to add expand your usage allowance when needed for £1.50 (ex VAT) per each additional 2GB. If you don’t ‘top up’ in advance, and simply use up more than your basic 2GB allowance, you will be charged automatically at £1.80 (ex VAT) per 2GB used. It’s worth noting that usage is free between midnight and 8am, so it’s best to program downloads between these times.

If you stick with the plan for 12 months, you receive your router free of charge. There’s a free configurable broadband firewall so your online business activities are fully secured. You also have unlimited emails as well as 250MB of free web space to create an online location for your business. In addition, the plan includes 360 minutes of anytime broadband calls to make to UK landlines each month, allowing you to save on your phone bill.

PlusNet offers all its customers award-winning 24/7 UK-based telephone support. However, as a small business customer, you have the option to upgrade to enhanced care for an extra £8.50 per month. This gives you priority support on any broadband faults, so you have peace of mind that should any errors occur, your business will be running smoothly again very quickly.
