TalkTalk broadband has four different deals and all TalkTalk broadband packages provide you with up to 8Mbps broadband download speeds with all TalkTalk broadband contracts also allowing up to 40Gb of downloads per month. TalkTalk broadband also provides customers with a free modem or, for a small additional fee, a wireless router and all TalkTalk broadband contracts are for 18 months. To help you get started with your TalkTalk broadband the provider supplies a free 'Connect & Go' set-up CD but TalkTalk broadband also give you access, for a discounted fee, to an installation service from 'The Geek Squad' a group of technical experts who will help you set up your TalkTalk broadband remotely and talk you through the installation of your TalkTalk broadband on the phone.

TalkTalk broadband customers can get regular daily support from the TalkTalk broadband team, which is available 7 days a week and if you call the TalkTalk broadband support team from a TalkTalk phone calls are free.

TalkTalk broadband also has an online help desk that will answer most of your queries, or you can contact the team directly via email. TalkTalk broadband customers can also manage their TalkTalk broadband online using the provider's 'My Account' feature on their website.

Sign up for any TalkTalk broadband package and you will also receive TalkTalk's online security software free for 90 days, which includes firewall, anti-virus and anti-spyware protection. When the 90-day trial expires users can keep the TalkTalk broadband security software for a small monthly fee.
