Orange is one of the UK's largest mobile phone networks but is becoming increasingly well regarded for its Orange broadband services.

Orange broadband offers very good value for money and the simple packages that Orange broadband provides coupled with the fast download speeds make Orange broadband a good choice of provider. Orange broadband has simplified its home broadband services into three packages called Home Starter, Home Select and Home Max. The range of Orange broadband packages is designed to make Orange broadband products even easier to understand and buy.

Orange has a dedicated members area that allows customers to manage their Orange broadband accounts online with services available like paying a balance to upgrading to a different Orange broadband package, and customers can also email Orange broadband with their queries.

Telephone support for Orange broadband is also an option with dedicated lines available depending on the Orange broadband package you are subscribed to.

Orange broadband comes with a good range of hardware, which provides everything you need to quickly set-up your Orange broadband package. The Orange Broadband Starter package comes with a USB modem, 2 filters (enabling an interference-free connection through the telephone line) and a set-up CD.

Orange Broadband Home Max also gives you the Orange broadband 'Livebox', which is a wireless modem that can connect up to 6 computers at the same time. This Orange broadband hardware enables calls via the internet and also gives you the option for online wireless gaming via a Playstation 2 or Xbox.

Orange broadband also comes with security software called McAfee Privacy Service that gives parents control over what their children can access via their Orange broadband connection and this software, which is free for Orange broadband customers, also protects from hackers, viruses and spam emails.

Every Orange broadband customer gets a 100Mb email account - which can be increased to 500Mb - and there are no limits to the number of email addresses that can be created under a single Orange broadband account. Orange broadband customers can also build up to 5 websites with a webspace limit of 30Mb per site.
