Home plans:

• Standard 8MB: £12.50 a month (or £7.50 a month for O2 mobile customers).

Each of the above plans comes with unlimited usage, free wireless router and free McAfee Security Software for 5 PCs, unlimited emails and email-to-mobile enablement. Enhanced Business Support Service is available 24/7, so problems are treated with utmost priority.


Mobile Broadband:

• Pay Monthly 3GB: 1, 18 or 24 month contract. Each contract is £15 a month, though customers with the 24 month contract receive their first 4 months at £10 a month. The dongle is free (£97.86 on one month basis).
  
  
• Pay Monthly 10GB: 1, 18 or 24 month contract. £35 a month, though customers with the 24 month contract pay just £30. The dongle is free (£97.86 on one month basis).
  
  
• Pay & Go: Customers purchase broadband allowance as and when they require at a cost of £2 a day (500MB allowance), £7.50 a week (1GB allowance) or £15 a month (3GB allowance). There is a one-off cost of £29.35 for the modem.

O2 provide an extensive online help section. It aims to answer product-specific queries without consumers having to email or even pick up the phone.
